Support the solution & development team in the global deployment of SAP Success factors. Implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Performance management /Goal Management (PMGM)/SP/COMP, and troubleshoot issues with SF.

Requirements

Implementation experience in SAP, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Performance management /Goal Management (PMGM)/SP/COMP
Competency in more than one implementation area preferred
Conversant with SAP SuccessFactors support models and SF troubleshooting skills
Experience with migration from legacy ERP systems (PeopleSoft) to SuccessFactors
Expertise in using tools like Visio, Powerpoint, SharePoint with a firm grip for flow charts, process flows
