Work directly with clients to analyze and implement technology best practices in SAP HCM. Must have experience with SAP, HCM, and Payroll. Good to have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Requirements
- Monitoring overall functioning of processes ensuring compliance to the agreed SLA levels
- Assessing customer feedback, evaluating the improvement areas & providing critical inputs
- Achieving goals for productivity and effectiveness as defined in operational plans
- Supporting ongoing improvement in project management
- Conduct RCA on low performing metrics and customer escalations.
- Advising paybacks, deductions and recoveries to payroll processing team within prescribed timeline
