- Manage design, development, and implementation of HR-ABAP projects
- Review and revise technical designs to meet HR-ABAP project requirements
- Provide technical and functional guidance to other staffs
- Provide high-quality customer support throughout the project
- Strong knowledge of core HR-ABAP Programming Reports, Function Modules, SAP Scripts, BDC, DDIC
- Dialog Programming, and ALV OOPs
- Good knowledge of code optimization
- Good hands-on various SAP HR-ABAP tools EPC, Code Inspector
- HR-ABAP development and technical specification mastery
- Good Communication skills
- Should be a key team player
- Able to work with larger teams
