Vice President of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

NeoWork is seeking a visionary Vice President of AI to lead the company's transformation into an AI-driven organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, or data strategy and experience in implementing AI transformation programs across business functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (MBA or PhD a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data strategy, including at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven track record in implementing AI transformation programs across business functions.
• Strong understanding of automation tools, data pipelines, and applied AI frameworks.
• Ability to translate technical possibilities into business impact and client value.
• Experience in people-centric or outsourcing environments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
