We are looking for a visionary Vice President of AI to lead NeoWork's transformation into an AI-driven organization that empowers people, enhances client value, and creates a long-term competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (MBA or PhD a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data strategy, including at least 5 years in leadership
- Proven track record in implementing AI transformation programs across business functions
- Strong understanding of automation tools, data pipelines, and applied AI frameworks
- Ability to translate technical possibilities into business impact and client value
- Experience in people-centric or outsourcing environments is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
