Job Description
We are looking for a Cargo Quality and Port Services Coordinator to support our Cargo Quality team in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-standard vehicle handling our car carrier operations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or Port Operations is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cargo quality or operations within the shipping industry.
- Solid understanding of Ro-Ro/car carrier operations, cargo handling, and port terminal processes.
- Experience with cargo surveys, incident analysis, and quality audits.
- Familiarity with marine claims procedures and cost analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite and knowledge of ERP systems or shipping management software an asset.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
