We are seeking an Executive & Business Support professional to provide dedicated executive and business support to the CEO and COO, while operating within the Executive Office and its shared support framework.
Requirements
- Monitor business performance and operational activity using internal reports, business intelligence tools, and data from multiple sources, preparing structured updates and summaries for senior leadership
- Collect, consolidate, and analyse quantitative and qualitative information to support business reporting, executive reviews, and management discussions
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefing materials, independently gathering information and ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- Support the CEO and COO in reviewing information, identifying key issues, and ensuring appropriate follow-up on actions and requests
- Act as a coordination point between the Executive Office and internal departments, ensuring effective and timely communication
- Manage and prioritise incoming correspondence, requests, and matters addressed to the Executive Office, including those of a confidential or sensitive nature
- Ensure the CEO, COO, and other executives are appropriately briefed in advance of meetings, events, and engagements, including background information and supporting materials
- Manage complex administrative tasks requiring judgment and initiative, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Provide ad hoc support to executive officers in line with shared executive support arrangements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
