Manufacturing Design Engineer

Neros is a defense technology company seeking a Manufacturing Design Engineer to optimize manufacturability and cost, develop production tooling, and ensure quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and 5+ years of experience in dynamic engineering or manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience thriving in dynamic engineering or manufacturing environments
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or NX
• Demonstrated experience in developing, designing, and optimizing tooling for production lines with minimal oversight
• A track record of successfully introducing and implementing new products and manufacturing capabilities from NPI to Mass Production
