Production Planner

Neros Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Production Planner to oversee our manufacturing workflows, responsible for turning manufacturing goals into actionable schedules and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, supply chain planning, or operations planning within a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with ERP, MRP, or MES systems
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams
• Ability to interpret production metrics and operational data to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize manufacturing throughput
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and project management skills
• Intimate Familiar with manufacturing and Production lines: able to lift 25lb on the production line as needed
