Talent Coordinator

The Talent Coordinator will optimize recruiting processes, manage talent acquisition technologies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. They will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in recruiting operations and talent acquisition support
• Proven experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
