Senior Manager, Continual Improvement

We are looking for a Senior Manager Continual Improvement to join our global Refining Competence Center as part of our COO office. The role involves benchmarking Neste's performance against industrial norms and best practices, creating processes and performance measures, and driving fact-based priority setting for improvement with impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in petrochemical processes, technology and operations management
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Fluent spoken and written English
