Senior Manager, Operational Performance

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Operational Performance to join our global Refining Competence Center as part of our COO office. The role will focus on defining standards, requirements, and performance measures that improve the performance of Neste's production units across the globe.

Requirements

• Strong (10+ years) experience in petrochemical processes, technology, and operations management
• Master degree in a relevant field
• High commitment to safety and safety standards
• Results, business, and safety-driven mindset
• Ability to understand key strategic business issues
• Proven skills in communication and leadership, incl. change leadership
• Proven ability to influence multiple levels of an organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
