Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Operations, Logistics to oversee the full Customs and Logistics function across Brazil, North America, Europe, and Asia. The successful candidate will lead a team of three, manage logistics operations, people development, and global partner relationships, and drive continuous improvement and cost optimization across the supply chain.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Logistics and Operations, with at least 2 years in a people management role
- Excellent communications skills in Portuguese and English (Level B2)
- Passion for talent development and team management
- Fast learner with sharp problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus
- Ability to embody and exercise Nestig's Core Values
