Job Description
Nestlé is seeking a Project Engineering Manager for the Rayong Factory. The role involves planning and executing projects related to Filler, Loader, and Unloader machine installation, ensuring compliance with local laws and Nestlé standards, and leading cross-functional teams. The position requires a strong understanding of CAPEX management and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation, Electrical) or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plant manufacturing or engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong understanding of CAPEX management
- Proven experience in third-party management and working with cross-cultural teams
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills
- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
