Job Description
Nestlé is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to oversee project execution in secondary and tertiary packaging parts at Rayong Factory. The role involves coordinating, leading, and supervising projects, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have strong negotiation and communication skills in both Thai and English.
Requirements
- Project Management experience with CAPEX management knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation) or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of plant manufacturing or engineering experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Project
