CMLS is looking for an Assistant Vice President to join our growing Commercial sales and advisory team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dedication to growing and maintaining relationships, have a strong commitment to learning, and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on business development and technical competence.
Requirements
- Leverage our network of key contacts/resources to source potential new business opportunities for CMLS' full range of commercial lending options in the Greater Montreal Area.
- Apply and offer complimentary advisory (brokerage) capabilities and services
- Leverage your financial analysis skills to determine the best lending options for our borrowers
- Develop solutions, present proposals and negotiate with borrowers and investors to effectively satisfy their needs within CMLS objectives
- Collaborate with your team to create mortgage presentations by researching and analyzing market and borrower information.
- Oversee all deals from origination to finish, ensuring a smooth process by managing interactions with borrowers, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Seek out and share information regarding market changes and competitive activity to build your knowledge base and better serve your clients
