The Bilingual Administrator, Commercial Mortgage Operations will play a pivotal role in managing the full life cycle of a mortgage portfolio. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end Commercial Servicing post-funding administration responsibilities, facilitating the funding of mortgages, and accurately recording post-funding transactions.
Requirements
- Results-driven with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in analytical and numerical skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office user.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Undergraduate degree or nearing completion in Real Estate, Business Administration, Math, Accounting, Insurance, or Economics.
- Experience in the banking, credit union, or financial services industry is an asset
