Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of delivering AI projects in enterprise/consulting environments from conception to production.
- At least 2 years in a people management or practice leadership role.
- Experience managing client relationships, leading workshops, and presenting technical solutions to non-technical senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading and developing teams, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
