Animation Supervisor

Netflix Animation Studios is on a mission to entertain the world with bold, immersive animated films that are timeless and impactful. The Animation Supervisor collaborates closely with the Head(s) of Character Animation to uphold the quality and style of character animation, ensuring feedback is understood and being addressed in a timely manner.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of animation experience working in feature animated films or feature VFX films
• A strong understanding of animation principles, and an excellent sense of story, pacing, continuity, and appeal
• Proven team player who brings a high level of creative imagination and problem-solving to the role
• Proficiency in Maya or equivalent software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to provide concise and honest constructive criticism, and to listen and be open to feedback
• Openness to new workflows and toolsets, and willingness to share this knowledge with others
• Ability to work to deadlines within a team environment
