As an Account Manager in the sales department, you are the first point of contact for customers and potential customers from various industries. You enjoy advising customers and identifying potential sales opportunities. You develop a solution concept tailored to the customer's needs in collaboration with our PreSales Consultants and are able to present it convincingly. Throughout all phases of the sales process, from the initial assessment to project-related customer support, you receive support from our PreSales/Sales Support Department. Your tasks include:
You are a sales professional with many years of experience in acquiring and serving small and medium-sized enterprise customers in the IT consulting and system house environment
You are strong in solution-oriented consulting and have excellent moderation and presentation skills
You have a high level of initiative and motivation and well-developed entrepreneurial thinking
Good to very good knowledge of products in the IT infrastructure area (servers, storage, IT security, etc.) as well as in the area of managed services
