Job Description: IT System Engineer in Microsoft Solutions Department

As an IT System Engineer in the Microsoft Solutions department, you will be responsible for managing our regional small and medium-sized enterprise customers in the Microsoft environment in a young and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement migration projects independently and with high quality, in accordance with best practices.
• Support our customers with their requirements and develop suitable solutions.
• Provide advisory support to our sales team in pre-sales activities.

Requirements:

We expect:

• You have completed a degree in computer science for system integration or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least two years of practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Microsoft on-premise solutions:
  • Windows Server Technology
  • Active Directory Services
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Remote Desktop Services
• Microsoft Cloud Solutions:
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Exchange Online / Hybrid
  • Intune / Endpoint
  • Azure Cloud
• Office 365
• Basic knowledge in the areas of network and firewall
• Experience in project management

You have a methodical, analytical, and independent working style, are regionally travel-ready, and have very good German language skills. An outstanding customer orientation, communication skills, and organizational skills complete your profile.
