Job Description
Netrality Data Centers is seeking an Investment Associate to support acquisition, disposition, and capital markets initiatives across the portfolio. This role is focused on transaction execution, underwriting, and asset level analysis across the full investment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in real estate, finance, economics, or accounting preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, real estate advisory, or principal investing; data center or telecom experience a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Argus Enterprise preferred
- Strong Excel skills with demonstrated experience building and auditing complex cash flow models
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear, concise communicator capable of presenting complex analysis to senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams under deadlines
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and judgment
