The Channel Sales Manager will drive relationships within our reseller community and support multiple sales teams in the DACH region, driving revenue growth and quota achievement. Responsibilities include managing VAR relationships, business planning, product training, and recruiting new partners. The role requires a hunter mentality, executive-level relationships with key partners, and experience working with resellers. The position is based in Germany and requires 60% travel.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with re-sellers as a CAM or Account Manager
- Hunter mentality β ability to get in front of partner executives and show the value of Netskope to their business
- Executive Level relationships with key partners in the region
- Has worked with finding local partners that target 500-5000 employee companies
- Understands the re-seller business model and how Netskope fits into that model
- Team Player β able to work well with all functional groups within Netskope
- Track record of success and over-achievement in previous positions
- Expert in Salesforce.com
