Job Description
The Change and ServiceNow Manager is responsible for governing and continuously improving the IT Change Management process, configuring and developing ServiceNow platform to enable effective change workflows, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Incident and Problem Management roles.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification (Intermediate or Expert preferred).
- ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist (desirable)
