We are seeking a Client Associate to support our Institutional Client Coverage team in Germany, focusing on institutional client segment, not as a rotational or junior position. The role involves supporting senior sales professionals, preparing pitch books, data packs, and analysis, coordinating sales processes, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Graduate degree or equivalent
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Progress toward IMC, CFA or CAIA
- Around 3-4 years of experience within an asset management or institutional investment environment
- Strong interest in institutional asset management, investment products, and German regulatory frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- High affinity for AI-supported tools and workflows
