We are seeking a long-term Institutional Client Associate to support our Institutional Client Coverage team in Germany. This role is designed explicitly for the institutional client segment, not as a rotational or junior steppingstone position.
Requirements
- Support senior sales directors in their direct engagement with institutional investors across Germany.
- Prepare high-quality pitch books, data packs, due-diligence materials, and bespoke analysis tailored to institutional use cases.
- Assist in coordinating the full lifecycle of institutional sales processes, including RfPs, DDQs, operational due diligence, and consultant interactions.
- Conduct research on allocations, regulatory environments, competitive positioning, and relevant institutional market developments.
- Liaise with global Portfolio Management, Product Strategy, Client Service, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to deliver precise and timely institutional materials.
- Coordinate regular institutional reporting cycles, including performance updates, commentary, and risk-related disclosures.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy within Salesforce for institutional accounts, contacts, reporting pipelines, and consultant databases.
- Track institutional client interactions and follow-ups efficiently.
- Support structured internal processes for institutional RfP workflows, onboarding steps, and data requests.
- Support the organization of institutional client events, consultant briefings, investment days, and regulatory-focused sessions.
- Assist in building long-term consultant relationships.
