Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Product & Operations to lead the transformation of our homebuilding marketplace. As a market leader in the new home sector, we are focused on closing efficiency gaps and fixing fragmented experiences for both new home builders and building companies. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Product Management with 3+ years in a leadership role, and a proven track record of driving P&L impact. They will lead a high-performing product and operations organization, build and execute the product vision and strategy, and foster a culture of ownership, data-driven decision-making, and commercial accountability.
Requirements
