Job Description
As a Business Automation & Operations Manager, you will drive growth and operational excellence by automating processes, leveraging data and AI, and building the technical and operational backbone of the company. You will act as an Efficiency Architect, build tools and no/low-code solutions, drive AI and support efficiency, own core operations and stakeholder management, and provide data and visibility.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in high-complexity environments (startup/scale-up, consulting) in Operations, RevOps, Product, or Growth/Business Development
- Strong skills in no-/low-code automation (n8n preferred, Make.com or Zapier), plus basic SQL or Python, BI tools, CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Relevant degree (Bachelor+), ideally in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Economics with excellent grades
- Fluent German (>C1) and English (>C1) in speaking and writing
