Neurodiagnostic Technologist III - MEG Technologist position available in Rochester, MN. The candidate will work in the MEG unit and support EMU and TMS practices. The technologist will perform electroencephalography (EEG), Evoked Potentials, Autonomic and/or Nerve Conduction Studies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduated (or will graduate soon) from an accredited neurodiagnostic program or 2 years equivalent neurodiagnostic tech experience
- BLS certification
- Within two years of employment, specific certification (R. EEG T., R. EP T., CNIM, CLTM, CAP, ABEM, CNCT, R.NCS.T.) is required in the laboratory of hire
- High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of Neurodiagnostics experience
- Associates degree preferred
- Computer skills required
- Demonstrated leadership abilities including excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient's age-specific needs
- Must have current certification in Basic Life Support
- Must be a current Registered Neurodiagnostic Technologist and have two of the following registries or meet qualifications outlined below for one registry
