Job Description
Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Director, Field Medical Marketing to lead the West Area Field Medical Marketing team and support brand strategy across Medical Marketing, HCP, and Patient Marketing. The role requires strategic leadership, direction, and oversight of the team to drive core brand messages and gather critical insights. The Director will provide leadership in brand planning, strategic development, and market research to inform and validate brand strategy.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in marketing, business, health policy, scientific, or related field
- 12+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing and sales
- Extensive previous managerial experience
- Strong communicator and skilled diplomat
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions
- Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles managing field-based sales or marketing teams
