We are seeking a Long Term Care Regional Specialty Manager to lead a sales team promoting life-changing treatments for people with serious neurological, endocrine and psychiatric disorders. The successful candidate will recruit and develop a diverse, high-performing team to exceed sales goals within an assigned region.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree AND 8+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals industry, including 3+ years of first-line sales management experience
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to challenge status quo
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities
• Proven sales performance (meeting/exceeding quotas, rankings, recognition awards)
• Successful launch experience in complex, competitive environments
