Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a NeuroPsych Account Specialist to promote and grow their products in a specific geographic territory. The role involves managing relationships with physicians and customers, educating them about the benefits of their product, and driving product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in science or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience
- 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales experience
- Experience with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and other business intelligence tools
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives and launch success in complex environments
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of business systems
- Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools
- Excellent project management abilities
