Sr. Coordinator, Patient Access

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Sr. Coordinator, Patient Access to support broader Patient Access and work with general guidance and assumes responsibility for a definable portion of projects and coordination of all department initiatives. The role involves creating and managing coordination of communication across Patient Access initiatives, managing Patient Access team calendars, and overseeing all aspects of new hire process and onboarding.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, or life sciences
• 4+ years of department coordination experience
• Experience with calendar management, project meeting and event planning and execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer-focused with proven negotiation, analytical problem solving and training skills
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy
