
Job description
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a thought leader who aligns HR strategies with business objectives. This role partners with operations and clinical teams to establish and implement HR initiatives that foster organizational and people development.
The HRBP will formulate partnerships across the organization, maintain business acumen, analyze business unit trends, and provide guidance on business unit design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field, with experience in healthcare human resources desirable. The candidate should be action-oriented, have strong ethics and values, and possess functional and technical skills.
