Assistant Professor of Business (Management)

Nevada State University invites applications for the position of 9-Month Assistant Professor of Business (Management). We seek candidates who are passionate about fostering student success among a diverse undergraduate student population and will have exhibited excellence in high-quality teaching at the undergraduate level, including involving undergraduates in research. Faculty teach 24 credits per academic year (4 courses per semester) and engage in scholarship and service activities. The university is dedicated to excellence in teaching and learning and committed to the advancement of a diverse and largely underserved student population.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Management or related field or a DBA
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching
• Demonstrated experience teaching preferably in various formats and modalities
• Demonstrated interest in teaching and curriculum development within all modalities
• Demonstrated dedication to or interest in working with a diverse student population
