Human Resources Generalist

New Castle Building Products is seeking a qualified HR Generalist to join their team at their White Plains, NY location. The Human Resources Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the HR department while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional employee experience.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR processes, benefits administration, employment documentation, employment laws, and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) as well as Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
