Job Description
New England Biolabs is hiring a Senior Paralegal to prepare, review, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, material transfer agreements, and various sales, services, and other contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BSc) required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Prior experience as a Paralegal or Contracts Specialist; Senior Contracts Specialist experience preferred.
