Job Description
The Senior Paralegal is responsible for providing general commercial, legal-regulatory, corporate, and administrative assistance and support to the Saluda Legal Department. The candidate should have strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills and significant experience with complex commercial contracting matters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience in a corporate law department and/or private practice
- BA/BS or equivalent
- Comprehensive knowledge of a wide variety of vendor/supplier and sales contracts
- Understanding of legal regulatory issues impacting a medical device company
- Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating needs and building strategic programs to increase efficiencies in the organization
- High ethical standards and integrity; ability and maturity to maintain confidential information
