Job Description
NEW Health is a non-profit primary care provider seeking a Medical Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will work in a patient-centered medical home model, providing high-quality care to patients in rural northeast Washington.
Requirements
- Completion of medical assistant training through a post-secondary school or college program accredited by ABHES or CAAHEP
- Certification through AAMA, CCMA, or NCCT within 120 days of hire
- Medical Assistant-Certified credential issued by Washington State Department of Health within 120 days of hire
- Previous experience in a community health clinic preferred
- Experience with EHR preferred
