Job Description
The HRIS Specialist will manage and optimize the organization's system that supports payroll, HR, and employee information, serving as the in-house HRIS System expert and providing user support, training, and troubleshooting. This role involves data management, reporting, and compliance, as well as partnering with stakeholders to identify system opportunities and develop solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, informational systems, business administration, or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS administration (UKG, Paycom, Workday, etc.), data analytics, or related roles
- Advanced proficiency within HRIS Systems/UKG Pro, data reporting, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suites highly preferred
