Job Description
We're looking for an HRIS and Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in HRIS or HR systems ownership within a multi-state organization. The role will involve serving as the primary administrator for the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data, and partnering with IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to streamline and automate HR Operations.
Requirements
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paycom
- Strong data reporting and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new HR systems
- Experience with system integrations and data accuracy
- Professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion
- Advanced Excel expertise
- Strong understanding of Business Intelligence tools and data structures
