Job Description
We are seeking an HRIS & HR Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting and evolving our HR function. This role will take ownership of our Dayforce system, contribute to compliance and reporting efforts, and serve as a trusted partner to the HR team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations
- Hands-on advanced experience with the Dayforce HRIS platform
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Experience supporting compliance reporting and audits
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
