Job Description
The Career Pathway Navigator plays a key role in developing and supporting New Horizon's Youth Navigation Center programs, fostering a welcoming, engaging, and outcome-oriented environment for young adults with disabilities.
Requirements
- Must speak English
- High School diploma
- Experience with special needs / developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Driver's License for 3+ years required. Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States
