Youth Navigation Center-Career Pathway Navigator (L1)

New Horizons seeks a part-time Career Pathway Navigator to develop and support Youth Navigation Center programs, guiding student preferences and delivering person-centered services in school settings, NH Campus, within the community, at home, and/or remotely. This role fosters a welcoming and engaging environment for young adults with disabilities, providing support and serving as a backup for other Youth Navigation programs as needed.

Requirements

• Must speak English
• High School diploma
• Experience with special needs / developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Driver's License for 3+ years required. Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States
