The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing, leading, and executing marketing and outreach strategies that promote the community and support optimal occupancy. The role oversees all internal and external marketing efforts, including outreach, event planning, public relations, lead management, and referral relationships.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of senior living services, including assisted living and memory care
- Healthcare or Sr. Assisted Living experience is required
- Proven leadership, relationship-building, and strategic marketing skills
- Experience working with local hospitals and discharge teams
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with marketing platforms, social media, CRM systems, and basic graphic design tools
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Ensure faith based messaging is welcoming to residents of all religious backgrounds
- Previous experience working with clergy, parishes, or faith based organizations preferred
