Job Description
The Clinical Case Manager's primary responsibilities include reviewing conditions of release, conducting intake/assessment interviews, monitoring participants' progress, and providing supervision and referrals to voluntary social service interventions.
Requirements
- MSW or relevant Masters degree required with + 3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of NYC Court Operations, preferred
- LMSW, LCSW or LMHC preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred, Spanish a plus
