The Senior Facility & Building Engineer is a highly skilled, hands-on technical professional responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems. This role works directly in the field, leading by example while ensuring building infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, or related field) or equivalent experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities engineering, building operations, or infrastructure management
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex building systems across multiple assets
