Administrative Assistant

New York Institute of Technology's College of Osteopathic Medicine seeks an Administrative Assistant, Academic Affairs located at the Jonesboro, Arkansas campus. The successful candidate will assist supervisors and department staff with routine duties, answer phone lines, take meeting minutes, schedule events, maintain files and databases, process invoices, and oversee exam proctoring staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 1-2 years Administrative/Office experience or associate’s degree or high school diploma with applicable related experience
• Excellent interpersonal, computer and organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with organizing virtual meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
• Ability to lift 30 pounds (Occasional package deliveries/water orders, etc.)
