Job Description
The Education Director is responsible for leading program quality, teacher development, and curriculum execution within the school, ensuring classrooms deliver a high-quality, play-based educational experience aligned to NYPKC standards and curriculum expectations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in ECE or a related field required
- A NYS Early Childhood Initial or Permanent Certification (B-2 or 1-6) required
- 3-5+ years of lead teaching experience in Pre-K (2-4 year olds) or Kindergarten
- At least 1 year of leadership experience required
