Job Description
New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (NYPCC) is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team. As a remote employee, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
Requirements
- Must be fully Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must have 1 to 2 years of Call Center Representative experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Must have the ability to learn new software
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Must be a team player
- Thrives under pressure in an outpatient client environment
